Represent whatever was once alive, whether it be plant, animal, or human life.
I cannot think of any material that encapsulates more emotion then the ashes of a loved one, or in making a picture using the ashes of a loved one. The ash picture could also be a picture of that person’s favorite place, or a picture that makes a statement about their life, or a picture of something that person was passionate about as examples.
Ashes
Blood
A picture made of blood can express life and death issues like war, injury, disease, or human pain. Our blood cells extend our life until our final breath of air.
Eggshells
Presents a question many of us might attempt to understand, like what came first, why are we here, and what is our purpose in life…each of which can be discussed from the analogy of an egg.
An egg is also one of nature’s packaging miracles. Whether it be the chicken eggshell, the fruits and vegetables we eat, or the way we are born. We get to ask how an egg, a planet, an eye, our genetics, our thoughts, and our internal programming are all fragile like the eggshell.
Hair
I can make pictures with skin, blood, fingernails, or teeth, but hair for most of us is beautiful and everlasting. Hair that has been found in tombs and graves after thousands of years and still remains special. Hair has our individual color and DNA, and is one of my favorite materials to make pictures with, especially when the hair from the person is used to make that same person’s picture.
Pollen
When a picture is made from the flower that produced that pollen, or if a sensual nude is made of pollen, or a bee keeper is photographed and that picture is made with the pollen the bees collected, it makes the pictures tell a story. Pollen comes in many colors, so I hope to be able to eventually photograph and document plants and trees using each of the trees or plants own pollen

Soil and Rock
Soil comes in many colors and represents what once was, and what will eventually come to life from the soil. Soil sustains and allows us to make the nearly endless materials we make and use daily from what soil provides.
Geological formation pictures can be made from the rocks and soil photographed.
Shit
SHIT is defined as a contemptible or a worthless person.
It is up to our individual interpretation to determine what shit can represent. Pictures made of different kinds of shit present a valid way of defining and expressing human disgust from mis-treatment, torment & hate. People like Hitler, Pol Pot, Stalen, Mao Zedong, Trotsky, Lenin, dictators, terrorists, sadistic politicians, in-human murders, sexual predators, and the torment of war and human struggle can be represented by a shit picture.
